General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
For all business relationships between GALVONIQ and the customer, these General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively in their version valid at the time of the order.
2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of mobile surface finishing (electroplating) and repair work.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The offers of GALVONIQ are subject to change and non-binding. A contract is only concluded with the written order confirmation from GALVONIQ.
4. Prices and Payment Conditions
The agreed prices apply plus the statutory value-added tax. Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Warranty and Liability
GALVONIQ guarantees professional execution of the work. Defects must be reported immediately in writing.
6. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of GALVONIQ.
